Future Track Club LLC. is the brainchild of Head Coach and CEO Trent Ellis. With the support of the coaching staff, parents, business donations & volunteers, the program has flourished every year since 1996. Future Track is a 501c3 non profit organizaton.

**SIGNUP INSTRUCTIONS**
-AGES 7yo -18yo
-Under the Forms tab, download and complete both physical form and USATF membership forms and email to coach Trent Ellis (toeellis@yahoo.com) *do not submit money to USATF, this will be paid through membership fee
-also be to prepared email athlete’s birth certificate to Coach Trent
-Under the Shop tab, select preferred membership payment option
-Under the Shop tab, order uniform top/bottom (if uniform isn’t received prior to meet, athlete should wear a blue shirt and black bottoms) -High Schoolers just need to purchase Uniform Tops. Uniforms are delivered by coaches at practice.
